We are seeking a thorough QA Tester to ensure our games meet the highest quality standards. As a pivotal member of our team, you will make that our games are bug free and developed according to given specs. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting defects across different development phases. This role requires a deep understanding of game functionality and attention to detail, ensuring that every game element works as intended across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure product functionality and quality

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects, ensuring accurate back-tracing and reproducibility

• Collaborate closely with the development team to discuss and resolve defects.

• Assist in designing and running test scenarios

• Provide qualitative feedback throughout the development cycle to improve the game experience

• Actively participate in product feature testing and ensure timely feedback delivery

• Analyze use cases, product specifications, and requirements to ensure test validity and feasibility

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive overall QA efforts and maintain game quality

• Communicate effectively with the team, providing timely and thorough reports on test status and issues

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in game testing with exposure to Quality Assurance processes and methodologies

• Experience with testing games at various stages, from pre-alpha to live deployments

• Proven aptitude in defect identification, research, review, documentation, and communication

• Proficiency in test case management and execution within designated timeframes

• Strong problem-solving skills and prioritization abilities

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
