We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge MR games, collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring our creative visions to life. Your expertise in Unity development will ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable gaming experiences that align with our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new and existing MR games and experiences using Unity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement game features

• Ensure the technical quality and performance of the games by maintaining high coding standards, performing code reviews, and optimizing performance.

• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team skills and cohesion.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Unity technologies and MR trends to suggest and implement improvements to our development processes and games
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in Unity.

• Deep understanding of Unity's development environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for gaming and a commitment to creating fun and engaging experiences for players.

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile game development.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
